On July 31, 2020, the technology and quality department organized a special activity of project management and technical exchange in Xinrui pharmaceutical project department. Wei Caigen, deputy general manager of production and manager of Engineering Center, Li Yifei, manager of technology and quality department, project managers and professional engineers participated in the activity.
First of all, the participants listened to the introduction of the overall implementation of the project by Liu Chengwang, project manager of Xinrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and comprehensively understood the general situation, construction content and characteristics of the project; then, under the guidance and interpretation of the project manager Liu Chengwang, and combined with the process flow, the field participation was carried out on the equipment layout, pipeline layout, construction key points and process piping of the project construction site Finally, Wei Caigen, deputy general manager of production and manager of Engineering Center, presided over a special exchange meeting on project construction management and pressure pipeline installation management, which was discussed and exchanged based on the process characteristics and management experience of Xinrui pharmaceutical project. The participants summarized in the study and improved the project management and construction technology management ability.
Through on-site observation and study, special exchange and other forms, the problems encountered in the process of project management and construction technology management are discussed, and the experience is summarized and shared, which has a positive role in promoting the company's development to high quality and high level.
